連著一陣子都是刊登牙科相關的文章 雖然說那真的是我整天生活的重心 不過 連我都登到煩了 想必你們也看到倦了 所以....
今天 我決定跟大家分享一些新的 就是我上週末發現的好吃點心
Trader Joe's 賣的冷凍 Cremes Brulees (法式烤焦糖布丁) 原本只是跟我妹去晃晃 因為 Trader Joe's 從我家步行只要3分鐘 對Trader Joe's 不清楚的讀者 Trader Joe's 是一家超市 但是 因為它主要以歐洲進口食物為主 又有一點趨向 Whole Food 有機蔬果型式 東西價格不便宜又不常特價 所以 我們通常只是去逛好玩的 不過 經過朋友介紹 我們開始注意它的冷凍點心 很多歐式點心都很好吃 我試過 Tiramisu (傳統和現代兩種) 和這個Cremes Brulees 覺得都還不錯 價格也算是可接受的點心範圍之內 這 Cremes Burlees 因為它是冷凍的 所以 只要撲上隨包附加的黃糖 放小烤箱 broil 3分鐘就會有焦糖的口感 還有 看到照片上的那個小瓷碗也是付贈的 應該說 烤布丁就是放在裡面一起賣 對我們來說很方便 放烤箱就好了 如果要家請客人 這美觀又好吃的烤布丁是個好選擇 (怎麼變得有點像美食專欄... 哈)
忘了說一點 西雅圖讀者們 Trader Joe's 位在學校附近的Roosevelt Ave. 上 過45th St. 不遠就會看到 很大間一家店 賣很多酒的... 總之 它的點心我推薦 糕點也不錯其實...

ok i'm gonna find it at the Whole Foods now. Right Now. Immediately. Right Away. At This Instant. At This Momment. Gone.
well....... let me know how long did that take you to find it at WHOLE FOOD!!! IT's actually at Trader Joe's not WHOLE FOOD @.@ (GOOD LUCK on finding... hahahaha)
It's sweet and creamy.. like pudding ( I thought I said it's the hot pudding.. :-P) I don't really rememebr the exact price, but it's two for about $5.00 ( actually a little less then that..) The plates are included. ( each one is about 10cm in diameter)
I found it!
I've yet to try it.

it's a different brand. there's no plate in it.
