雖說這是義大利式點心做法 我想吃起來可能有一點像是奶烙 或者說是牛奶布丁之類的
總之咧 等我家冰箱那鍋椰奶西米露見底以後 我看到我下一道點心的影子了 嘿嘿~
夏日將至 又是這一些看起來冰涼可口的甜點該上場的時刻了
雖然說 甜點對我來說是沒有分季節的 一年365天 天天是甜點日 哈

Yield: 6 servings
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon unflavored powdered gelatin
3 cups whipping cream (or heavy cream as she used in the show, well, they are the same thing anyways...)
1/3 cup honey (or any other flavor ingredients; she mentioned vanilla beans extract, lavender extract...ect. I think all kinds of syrup should work too.)
1 tablespoon sugar
Pinch salt
2 cups assorted fresh berries
Place the milk in a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes to soften the gelatin. Pour milk mixture into a heavy saucepan and stir over medium heat just until the gelatin dissolves but the milk does not boil, about 5 minutes. Add the cream, honey, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the heat. Pour into 6 wine glasses so that they are 1/2 full. Cool slightly. Refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours.
Spoon the berries atop the panna cotta and serve.
